SHIPPING

At By En’ Mira, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from our Sydney HQ, Monday through Friday, between 9AM – 5PM AEST (excluding public holidays).
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of being placed.
Our team works hard to pack and dispatch your order as fast as possible but during peak periods (like sales or launches), please allow a little extra time.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched — not from the time you place your order.
AUSTRALIA STANDARD: Estimated 3–7 business days
AUSTRALIA EXPRESS: Estimated 1–4 business days
NZ: Estimated 2–8 business days
INTERNATIONAL: Estimated 5–14 business days
Please note: delivery times may be affected by public holidays or busy shipping periods.
Any delivery issues must be reported to info@byenmira.com.au within 30 days of dispatch.
By En’ Mira is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered but left unattended at your address, please keep an eye on tracking and delivery notices.
FRAUD PROTECTION - We may request verification of payment details on certain orders.
This is purely a precaution your privacy and security are always protected. We will never ask for sensitive or personal banking information.
All prices listed on byenmira.com.au are inclusive of GST (for Australian customers).
International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their country of residence.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

By En’ Mira will accept returns and exchanges on full priced items within 14 days of purchase, except for swim, pending stock availability.
All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, pre-order items cannot be cancelled once placed.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

For any pre-ordered items, we will accept returns within 14 days of your order being shipped from our warehouse.
(You can find your dispatch date via your tracking link.)

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact info@byenmira.com.au
If we deem the item faulty, we will do our best to replace it. If a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be issued.
All shipping costs related to faulty items will be covered by By En’ Mira.
